Ashley Silvers, whose Instagram profile says she's a University of Central Florida publicizing graduate who's gone to Ford ham University for business college, sent the artist a solicitation to her graduation party. Obviously, Swift couldn't go to - however despite everything she praised the fan with an insightful note, alongside a bundle of blooms.
